Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging SEO tools to ensure the implementation of best practices.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant, high-traffic keywords for the industry and target audience.
- Utilize keyword analysis tools to monitor keyword performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure content is SEO-friendly and aligns with target keywords.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify and address technical SEO issues.
- Work closely with web developers to implement technical improvements, including site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and structured data markup.
- Develop and execute a robust link-building strategy to enhance the website's authority and credibility.
- Identify opportunities for building high-quality backlinks through outreach, partnerships, and content collaborations.
- Use analytics tools to monitor website performance, track keyword rankings, and measure the effectiveness of SEO strategies.
- Generate regular reports for key stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to align SEO strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry changes, search engine updates, and new technologies to continually refine and enhance SEO strategies.
- Formulate and implement strategic plans to achieve short-term and long-term goals.
Experience & Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes.
